Description

Albert Learning, a leading language training organization based out of France, is seeking a dynamic individual with minimum 0 to 1 year of job experience to join our team with a focus on bringing fresh ideas to the company. This individual will take up the role of English language trainer and Human Resources Executive who will be responsible for delivering and utilizing training materials and also have additional duties assigned based on their capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities -
As an English Trainer:
- Conduct training sessions for students in both Spoken and Written English through Video Conferencing.
- Develop and execute training programs that align with the specific needs and expectations of students.
- Contribute to the enhancement, evaluation, and refinement of English teacher training courses, instructional materials, and associated services.
- Adhere to the working hours in accordance with the French Time Zone.

As an HR Executive:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling of further interviews.
- Collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Onboarding of candidates along with background verification.
- Help streamline HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance overall business operations and productivity.

Qualifications

- A graduate with a strong grasp of the English language (proficiency in spoken French would be a valuable addition)
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, encompassing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), as well as Google Docs/Sheets
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for trainings and HR initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Capacity to identify challenges and propose practical solutions
- Able to follow established guidelines and maintain clear communication with the management team
